Hello and welcome to the NANA Journal! I’m Amy, a professional nanny of 10 years, childrens author, a mum of a beautiful baby girl, and the director of NANA – Not Another Nanny Agency.

NANA was born from real experience—both as someone working in childcare and as a new mum who truly understands how emotional and overwhelming it can feel to find the right support for your family. I created NANA to offer a more personal, affordable, and flexible approach to childcare, one that feels like part of your village, not just a service. I believe with my knowledge and experience I truly know what each side of the partnership is looking for.

Through this journal, I’ll be sharing bi-weekly posts, such as tips for parents and nannies, childcare advice, helpful resources, and a behind-the-scenes look at our journey as we grow. My hope is that NANA becomes not just a place to find a nanny, but a space where families and nannies feel seen, supported, and connected.
